12-6-2023 (HANOI) Authorities have made significant progress in the investigation of the deadly attack on two commune offices in Dak Lak Province, with the arrest of an additional ten individuals. This brings the total number of arrests to 26, as reported by Ministry of Public Security spokesman To An Xo on Monday.
The attack, which took place on Sunday morning, saw an unidentified group of individuals wielding guns targeting the offices of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur Commune People’s Committees in Cu Kuin District. The Ministry of Public Security confirmed that the incident resulted in multiple fatalities.

Throughout the day, law enforcement agencies worked diligently to apprehend the suspects involved in the attack. By evening, 16 individuals had been taken into custody, and two hostages were successfully rescued. Alongside the arrests, authorities also seized a significant number of weapons, including firearms, from the suspects.
