10-6-2023 (TOKYO) Japan’s transport ministry has reported a possible collision between two passenger jets near a taxiway at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport on Saturday.
Video footage captured by an NHK camera reveals the EVA Air and Thai Airways aircraft situated on the runway. The Thai Airways plane exhibits a visibly damaged wing, with what appears to be debris scattered near the runway.

Officials from the Tokyo airport office have been dispatched to the scene to conduct an investigation. As a precautionary measure, the runway in the vicinity of the incident has been closed.
Both Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways have announced delays in some of their domestic and international flights. They are currently gathering additional information to ascertain the full extent of the situation.
