22-5-2023 (Taipei) A video captured by a dashcam has recently surfaced online, showing a motorist driving on the New Taipei City Highway (Route 65) in Taiwan. In the video, the driver notices a female passenger on a yellow-plated motorcycle ahead of them, whose dress is constantly fluttering in the wind. As a result, the lower half of her body becomes fully exposed, revealing her buttocks adorned with a thong. The occupants of the car react with immediate excitement, shrieking and bursting into laughter, while curiously asking, “Doesn’t she feel anything?” and speculating, “It must be intentional!”
