2-12-2024 (SINGAPORE) Police have launched an investigation following the discovery of a deceased 30-year-old woman in a residential property along Dover Road on Monday afternoon, with authorities revealing that a person of interest had already fled the country before the incident was reported.
Emergency services responded to a distress call at approximately 5:10 pm, arriving to find the woman unconscious within the premises. Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedics who attended the scene subsequently pronounced her dead.
In a significant development, investigators disclosed that a 34-year-old male, believed to have crucial information pertaining to the case, had departed Singapore before authorities were alerted to the incident. Police confirmed that the deceased and the male subject were acquainted, though the exact nature of their relationship remains undisclosed.
