He noticed a striking resemblance between the uniform worn by employees at a local mamak restaurant and a shirt from the luxury Italian fashion brand Versace. While strolling through a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, Afif came across a Versace shirt with the brand’s iconic gold pattern and decided to capture it on video. He then pointed out the similarities between the shirt and the uniforms worn by the staff at Nasi Kandar Pelita.
At first glance, the two garments indeed appear remarkably similar. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that they are different in design. Nevertheless, the visual resemblance between the two has caught the attention of many netizens, leading to playful jokes and comments. Some jokingly suggested that anyone wearing the Versace shirt should be cautious when visiting any Nasi Kandar Pelita outlets.
