25-5-2023 (Yangon) “Auntie, I don’t want to struggle anymore!” This phrase, popularized on the internet, refers to young men pleading for financial support from significantly older individuals.
Typically used as a lighthearted joke among friends to mock the challenges of dealing with work pressure and inadequate income, it also reflects the reality that some people resort to such arrangements to escape financial difficulties.
One such affluent woman from Myanmar (Burma) radiated an aura of elegance and opulence, dazzling passersby with her alluring presence. Accompanied by a retinue of male and female servants, she made a grand appearance on the street, proclaiming, “Make way! I’m here to flaunt my wealth, not just play pretend!”
This wealthy woman embarked on a journey with a staggering 2.5 billion Burmese kyat (approximately 549,915 Malaysian ringgit) in cash to propose marriage to her desired “toy boy.” Clearly, the “toy boy” couldn’t resist the lure of money. Reluctantly, he agreed to the wealthy woman’s proposal and informed his parents. Though not entirely pleased, his parents made preparations to welcome the wealthy woman as their future daughter-in-law, hoping their son could avoid struggling for a few more years.
Upon seeing the wealthy woman’s arrival, the “toy boy” had to maintain appearances and protect his parents’ dignity. While he voiced resistance, his body language told a different story.

The “toy boy’s” parents, initially critical of the wealthy woman’s age, appearance, and figure, now found her irresistible, captivated by her feminine charm and warm smile. Their hearts melted, burying any lingering doubts. After all, parents should respect their son’s choices. And who could resist their son falling in love with this full-bodied, curvaceous mature woman?
