24-5-2023 (Seoul) In an exciting announcement on Wednesday, popular South Korean actor Song Joong-ki has been unveiled as the latest ambassador for luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton. Known for his role in the hit drama series “Descendants of the Sun,” Song Joong-ki is set to make his debut appearance at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, where he will be promoting his latest movie, “Hopeless.”
This news comes on the heels of Song Joong-ki’s recent personal milestones. Earlier this year, he revealed his marriage to Katy Louise Saunders, and the couple happily shared that they are expecting their first child together. Prior to this, Song Joong-ki was previously married to his “Descendants of the Sun” co-star, Song Hye-kyo, in 2017. However, the couple divorced in 2019 after being married for one year and nine months.
