28-3-2025 (BANGKOK) In a significant structural incident at a prestigious Thonglor development, engineers are conducting urgent assessments after a sky bridge connecting two luxury residential towers became detached.
The affected complex, Park Origin Thonglor, stands as one of Bangkok’s most ambitious residential projects, comprising three soaring towers that punctuate the skyline of the fashionable Thonglor district’s Soi 10.
Origin Condominium’s chief executive, Aphisit Sunthornchookiat, confirmed that specialists are thoroughly examining both the affected aerial walkway and the broader structural integrity of the development’s innovative sky bridge network.
The architectural marvel features an intricate system of elevated connections, with one walkway linking the 38th floor of the 39-storey Tower A to its counterpart on the 39th level of the 53-floor Tower B. A second sky bridge creates a dramatic connection between Tower B’s 52nd floor and the 47th level of the development’s crowning achievement, the 59-storey Tower C.
This striking development, housing 1,182 luxury residences across its three towers, represents one of the area’s most substantial residential undertakings, with its ambitious interconnected design setting new standards for vertical living in Bangkok’s upmarket property sector.
