23-7-2024 (SINGAPORE) Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan will embark on a diplomatic mission to Laos from July 23 to July 27. The pivotal visit will see him attending the Asean Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the Asean Regional Forum, and other related gatherings, underscoring Singapore’s commitment to fostering closer ties within the regional bloc.
During his stay in Vientiane, Balakrishnan and his counterparts from Asean nations will conduct a comprehensive review of the bloc’s community-building efforts.
