27-6-2024 (SINGAPORE) Singaporean competitive eater Zermatt Neo has etched his name into the annals of Nasi Kandar Sulaiman (NKS), a renowned eatery in Penang, by devouring a staggering RM300 (S$86) plate of the iconic Malaysian dish – the largest ever served in the restaurant’s history.
Known for his viral food challenge videos, Zermatt outdid himself with this colossal feast, leaving spectators in awe. The plate, heaped with enough food to feed six people, featured a towering mountain of rice, giant prawns, succulent chicken, assorted vegetables, and a rich assortment of curries.
Photographs and videos flooding social media platforms captured Zermatt’s heroic endeavor, as he meticulously piled the rice and dishes onto a massive tray before proceeding to consume every last bite. His impressive eating skills and the sheer size of the meal have left viewers in awe, with many expressing disbelief at the sheer magnitude of his accomplishment.
What makes Zermatt’s feat even more remarkable is that he wasn’t invited by NKS to undertake this challenge. Instead, the influencer took it upon himself to set this extraordinary record, further amplifying the audacity and determination behind his gastronomic triumph.
