Moscow’s mayor, Sergey Sobyanin, confirmed the implementation of “anti-terror” measures in response to a perceived threat to the country’s military leadership from the Wagner mercenary force. In a social media statement, Mayor Sobyanin announced the initiation of security reinforcement activities in Moscow in light of the received intelligence.
