8-12-2023 (KUALA LUMPUR) Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has once again emerged victorious, clinching prestigious awards at The Banker’s Bank of the Year Award 2023. The bank secured two top honours, being named Bank of the Year in the Asia Pacific region and in Singapore.
Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Khairussaleh Ramli, expressed the significance of these awards, viewing them as a testament to Maybank’s steadfast commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience and leading innovative initiatives within the financial sector.
This isn’t the first time Maybank has been recognized for its excellence. The bank was previously named Bank of the Year for Malaysia in 2018, 2020, and 2022. Additionally, Maybank Islamic earned the title of Global Islamic Bank of the Year for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022.
