5-9-2023 (KUALA LUMPUR) Authorities in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia, are currently searching for a motorcyclist involved in a disturbing incident of lewd conduct. The incident occurred near Pizza Hut Alma in the city and has sparked a manhunt to identify and locate the suspect.
Assistant Commissioner Tan Cheng San, Chief of the Central Seberang Perai District Police, reported that a video capturing the man’s indecent actions went viral on Twitter, causing widespread concern among the public. The video started circulating at around 9 PM the previous evening, drawing attention to the incident.
Investigations have revealed that the incident took place around 9 AM on the same day in a parking area near the mentioned pizza establishment. The unidentified suspect, riding a red Yamaha LC135 motorcycle with a fake registration number, allegedly approached a local woman who was seated inside her car. Shockingly, the suspect reportedly unzipped his pants and exposed himself to the woman before quickly fleeing the scene.
Deeply affected by the encounter, the victim promptly filed a report with the Bukit Mertajam Police Station. As a result, law enforcement authorities initiated an investigation into the matter, citing violations under Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
