10-7-2023 (KUALA LUMPUR) A local man has caught the attention of online users after a TikTok video surfaced, showcasing him and his wife cooking and consuming the eggs of their pet crocodile. The video, which has amassed nearly 700,000 views, has sparked a mix of curiosity and controversy among viewers.
In the footage, the man explains that they made the decision to consume the reptile’s eggs due to their inability to accommodate and care for the potential offspring. Interestingly, he highlights that the taste and texture of the crocodile eggs were notably different from those of chicken eggs, describing them as richer and chewier.
Subsequent videos shared by the man shed more light on his reasoning behind this unconventional act. He clarifies that his home is not designed to function as a zoo, but rather, he indulges in collecting and nurturing various animals as a personal hobby. In addition to crocodiles, his residence houses a diverse range of creatures. Although he had eagerly anticipated his crocodile laying eggs, the lack of available space to accommodate additional animals forced him to make the difficult decision to consume the eggs.
