7-9-2024 (SINGAPORE) A 41-year-old man has been apprehended and is set to face murder charges following the death of a 48-year-old woman at the popular Maxwell Food Centre, according to a statement released by the Singapore Police Force (SPF) on Saturday.

At approximately 1:36 am, the suspect voluntarily presented himself at the Bukit Merah East Neighbourhood Police Centre, where he informed officers that he had stabbed a woman.
