The partnership, as reported by state news agency Bernama on Thursday, aims to accelerate innovation within Malaysia, providing support for both Malaysians and home-grown companies.
According to the report, the collaboration is poised to facilitate the advancement of businesses across all scales in terms of digital competitiveness. This will be achieved through a multifaceted approach, including skilling programs, investments, responsible innovation in artificial intelligence (AI), and the implementation of cloud-first policies. The collaboration was announced jointly by Google and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
