16-11-2023 (TAIPEI) The Xiaogang Police Station in Kaohsiung has taken an innovative approach to its anti-graft campaign by releasing a video featuring three captivating “female police officers.” However, it turns out that the trio in the video are not actual police officers but influencers hired by the police station for educational content. The video, aimed at raising awareness about phone fraud call center gangs, inadvertently drew attention more to the beauty of the influencers than the campaign itself.
The three influencers, known by the names “fairy3.0” or “The 3 Fairies” – Ningning, Su Chen, and Wei Xuan – were featured in the video to engage the public and encourage vigilance against fraudulent activities.
The Xiaogang Substation of Kaohsiung Police Station expressed the hope that this promotional video would effectively educate people on dealing with criminals, particularly call center gangs. The video recommends three key steps when faced with potential fraud
