The exterior of the property features a full-sized badminton court and a Starbucks-themed café, complete with the iconic logo and signage.
As the tour continues, the basement reveals a surprising addition—a fully equipped bowling alley, claw machines filled with soft toys, and a pool table, offering endless entertainment options. Lee also boasts a small gym where he trains with a personal instructor who charges S$100 per hour. Lee’s bungalow is not only a hub of luxury but also requires substantial upkeep. He employs four helpers, one of whom attends specifically to his mother’s needs. Additionally, the maintenance costs, including utilities and taxes, amount to an estimated S$8,000 to S$9,000 per month.
