25-10-2023 (SEOUL) Renowned South Korean musician and fashion icon G-Dragon has reportedly been booked on drug abuse charges by the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency. However, it’s essential to note that G-Dragon has been booked without detention, and the investigation is still ongoing.
This development follows an initial investigation of Lee Sun Kyun, during which police uncovered leads that eventually pointed them towards G-Dragon. The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency has refrained from disclosing specific details of the case, emphasizing that it remains an active investigation.
YG Entertainment, the talent agency representing G-Dragon, has issued a concise statement in response to the reports. The agency stated that they were unaware of G-Dragon’s involvement in an investigation related to drug use and confirmed that they are currently looking into the matter.
