22-7-2023 (MOSCOW) At least four people have lost their lives and several others have been injured following a hot water pipe explosion at a shopping mall in western Moscow on Saturday (Jul 22), according to the city’s mayor.
Sergei Sobyanin revealed that some of the injured individuals suffered burns and that emergency services were actively working at the scene to provide medical assistance.
Video footage of the mall, known as Vremena Goda (The Seasons), showed flooding throughout the building and steam pouring out of a doorway.
