3-6-2024 (BANGKOK) A grim discovery was made on the sun-drenched shores of Pattaya Beach yesterday afternoon, as the lifeless body of an unidentified foreign man washed ashore, sending ripples of concern through the local community.
At approximately noon, beachgoers were met with a harrowing sight – the motionless form of a Caucasian male, adorned with distinctive tattoos of a flower on his left arm and a bird on his right, lying face down in the gentle lap of the waves. Clad in black shoes and blue shorts, the man’s identity remained a perplexing enigma, as no identification documents were found on his person.
The local police force, known for their swift response, promptly dispatched a team to the scene, located opposite Soi Pattaya 3 Road. Initial observations by the authorities indicated no visible signs of physical assault, leading them to hypothesize that the man’s demise had occurred approximately five hours prior to the discovery.
Kocharin Chuchum, a member of the Pattaya special task force, recounted the chilling moments that unfolded during his routine beach patrol. “A sunbed operator alerted me to the presence of a body lying face down on the beach,” he stated. “Without hesitation, I immediately contacted the relevant authorities, and rescue workers were swiftly summoned to the scene.”
