Sharing this comical and unconventional encounter with the online community, user @jihaaaa98s posted a video clip showcasing her reception of two meticulously crafted RM20 notes presented as a wedding gift.
While these faux banknotes were unmistakably counterfeit, one couldn’t help but admire the sheer effort that went into making them resemble the genuine articles. In the video, the woman recounted that she had been tallying the cash she received when she stumbled upon these hand-drawn notes.
“Just when you thought empty tissues or unadorned angpaus were a letdown, this takes it to a whole new level,” she humorously remarked in the video’s caption.
