27-8-2023 (KUALA LUMPUR) In a rather unfortunate and bizarre incident, a video circulating on Malaysian social media has captured the moment when a couple, presumably engaging in an intimate encounter inside their parked car, became victims of a car theft. Several unidentified individuals approached the vehicle, forced the couple out of the car, and even discarded their clothes on the roadside before making their getaway.
The one minute and fifteen-second video, which has taken the internet by storm, reportedly occurred during the early hours of the morning. Three male suspects swiftly approached a white sedan parked by the roadside. One of the suspects approached the driver’s seat while the other two tried unsuccessfully to forcefully open the car’s front and rear doors. Subsequently, they shouted towards the occupants, seemingly instructing them to unlock the doors.
Two of the suspects eventually managed to unlock the car doors and promptly escorted a man and a woman, who appeared to be unclothed, out of the vehicle. The thieves then threw the couple’s clothes out of the car before speeding away. Left bewildered and disoriented, the couple picked up their clothes but remained stationary at the scene, as the video came to an end.
The exact time and location of the incident were not provided in the video, although there are unconfirmed reports suggesting that it took place in the Perak region of Malaysia, specifically in the town of Bari, Kuala Kangsar. Local authorities have yet to respond to inquiries about the incident.
Internet users who viewed the video expressed a mix of shock and relief for the couple. Many commented that the couple was fortunate to have only lost their vehicle and that the situation could have been far worse. Some remarked, “Thank goodness they only wanted the car; otherwise, it would have been a terrible ordeal!” Others quipped, “At least it was just a car theft and not something more sinister.” There were also questions raised by netizens regarding why the couple had to comply with the thieves’ demand to unlock the car.
