15-8-2023 (LONDON) Binance, the prominent cryptocurrency exchange, has taken legal action against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by filing for a protective court order late on Monday. The move comes in response to what Binance perceives as the agency’s excessively broad and burdensome requests for the company’s communications.
