7-9-2023 (LOS ANGELES) Al Pacino’s ex-girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, has ended their relationship and filed for custody of their three-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino. The 29-year-old Alfallah submitted legal documents in Los Angeles, seeking full physical custody of the infant, while also requesting “reasonable visitation” for the 83-year-old actor, as reported by The Blast after reviewing the legal papers.
Alfallah and Pacino had been romantically linked since April 2022 and welcomed their son on June 6 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. In her court filing, Alfallah expressed her willingness to grant Pacino joint legal custody of their child, giving him a say in matters regarding education, religion, medical treatment, and more.
The iconic Scarface actor already has three children with two different women. He shares 22-year-old twins, Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino, with Beverly D’Angelo, and he has a 33-year-old daughter, Julie Pacino, with Jan Tarrant. Alfallah included a document titled “voluntary declaration of parentage” in her legal filing, which both she and Pacino signed six days after their son’s birth. This document, witnessed by a third party, acknowledged Pacino’s paternity of the child.
According to The Blast, Alfallah is also requesting that Pacino cover her legal fees and any other expenses related to the case. The court filing did not specify a specific amount of child support. However, the legal documents indicated that the court could issue orders for child support and assign earnings without further notice to either party.
It is expected that the judge will determine the amount of child support based on Alfallah’s requests during upcoming hearings. The report stated that there is no evidence suggesting Pacino is opposed to any of the requests made by Alfallah.
Notably, Alfallah’s OB-GYN is Thais Aliabadi, based in Beverly Hills, who also delivered Khloe Kardashian’s child. Prior to her relationship with Pacino, Alfallah had been involved with Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen. She was also seen with Clint Eastwood in 2019, although she clarified that they were just family friends. Sources close to Alfallah mentioned that the age gap between her and Pacino did not pose a problem, as she is known to “mostly date very rich older men” and is part of the wealthy jet-set crowd.
Alfallah, a native of Beverly Hills, attended the UCLA School of Film and Television before pursuing a career as a producer. The circumstances surrounding her pregnancy were initially shrouded in mystery, with reports emerging that Pacino had requested a prenatal DNA test due to his disbelief in his ability to father a child. However, a source close to the couple later confirmed that Pacino was thrilled about the pregnancy and that they were deeply in love.
Their relationship faced scrutiny when it was revealed that Pacino believed it had ended a long time ago. Sources suggested that Pacino felt deceived by Alfallah and claimed that they had no relationship. It was also disclosed that Alfallah had kept the pregnancy a secret from Pacino for the first 11 weeks. However, Pacino eventually took a DNA test, which confirmed his paternity.
