19-11-2024 (KUALA LUMPUR) A successful real estate agent met a tragic end last night in what appears to be a premeditated assault involving multiple attackers in Johor Bahru’s Kebun Teh district.
The 35-year-old victim, recently celebrated as a top performer at his agency in Iskandar Puteri, was initially struck by a vehicle before being attacked by a group of assailants in an incident that occurred around 10pm near a local car dealership.
According to eyewitness accounts, the victim had parked his vehicle near a hotel before being pursued to the location where the attack took place. A resident in the vicinity described hearing a disturbance and witnessed a horrifying sequence of events in which a vehicle deliberately rammed the victim before making a U-turn for a second assault. Five men then emerged from the vehicle and allegedly attacked the prone man with sharp weapons.
Despite being rushed to hospital for emergency treatment, the estate agent succumbed to his injuries. The brutal nature of the attack has shocked the local business community, particularly given the victim’s recent professional achievements.
Local authorities have launched a full investigation into what appears to be a targeted assault. While police have confirmed they are investigating the incident, they have yet to release information about potential suspects or motives behind the attack.
