16-10-2024 (BANGKOK) In a distressing incident that has shaken residents of the Rama IX area in Bangkok, a young woman lost her life after plummeting from the 12th floor of a condominium building on Tuesday night. The tragedy unfolded near the bustling Ramkhamhaeng intersection, casting a somber mood over the usually vibrant neighbourhood.
Emergency responders from the Ruam Katanyu Foundation were alerted to the scene at approximately 9:50 pm. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of the deceased on the fifth-floor public area of the residential complex. The victim, estimated to be between 20 and 30 years old, was found in a state of partial undress, with her blouse unbuttoned and wearing only undergarments.
Initial investigations by local authorities have revealed that the woman resided on the 12th floor of the building, sharing the accommodation with her boyfriend. The circumstances surrounding her fall remain unclear, prompting a thorough investigation by the Hua Mak police department.
