7-5-2024 (BANGKOK) Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin declared on Tuesday the government’s decision to maintain diesel prices at a maximum of 33 baht ($0.89) per litre in an effort to alleviate the burden of living expenses on citizens.
Additionally, he emphasised the necessity of implementing a nationwide daily minimum wage increase to 400 baht to provide support to workers and stimulate economic growth.
