13-1-2024 (BANGKOK) A tragic incident unfolded on Saturday morning in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri, when a small plane crashed into a paddy field, resulting in the death of a foreign passenger and serious injuries to another.
The crash occurred behind a car tyre repair shop, situated in the heart of the field near Wat Huai Yai in tambon Huai Yai. Authorities were alerted to the incident around 8:30 am.
Law enforcement personnel reported that one of the foreign nationals succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash, while the second individual, also a foreign national, suffered severe injuries and was promptly transported to a local hospital.
As of now, the identities of the victims have not been disclosed.
