8-10-2023 (TEL AVIV) The woman whose lifeless and partially unclothed body was shamefully paraded in the back of a Hamas pick-up truck, as militants perched atop her and taunted onlookers, has been identified as Shani Louk, a 30-year-old German tattoo artist. The horrific incident unfolded during a music festival for peace, where Shani was taken captive by terrorists during their surprise assault on Israel. The brutal attack has already claimed the lives of at least 480 people, leaving 3,200 injured.
Disturbing footage captured Shani’s body sprawled in the truck, with one of her legs at an unnatural angle. Surrounding her were terrorists, while supporters of the group cheered, ran alongside the vehicle, and even spat on her. Initially, Hamas falsely claimed that the body belonged to a female Israeli soldier. However, Shani’s cousin, Tomasina Weintraub-Louk, confirmed last night to MailOnline that the family identified her through her distinctive leg tattoos and dreadlocked hair.
“We have heard nothing. We are hoping for positive news. It is definitely Shani. She was at a music festival for peace. This is a nightmare for our family,” Tomasina stated, expressing the immense grief and anguish they are currently experiencing.
This tragic incident occurred as Palestinian militants launched their most severe onslaught in half a century on Saturday, employing unprecedented land, sea, and air attacks. They even resorted to using hang gliders to evade detection. In a coordinated and multi-pronged assault, Palestinian terrorists breached the Gaza Strip’s borders into Israel, seizing settlements and targeting civilians who were celebrating a Jewish holiday.
Numerous individuals are feared to have been abducted from the streets and forcibly returned to Gaza or mercilessly killed on the spot.
