According to a report from PEOPLE, the “Captain America” icon and his beloved tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
The wedding was graced by the presence of several of Evans’ Marvel co-stars, adding a touch of superhero glamour to the occasion. Notable attendees included Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan Downey; Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky; Jeremy Renner; and the talented married couple, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
Chris Evans had publicly showcased his romance with Alba Baptista on Valentine’s Day, offering glimpses of their love story on social media. On his Instagram story, he shared a silent photo montage featuring moments from their time together, including a hiking trip, Halloween celebrations, and a memorable Northern Lights excursion. The montage culminated in a photo of the couple sharing a kiss inside a car. Before the montage, Evans playfully recorded a video of Baptista, and afterward, he introduced her to the world of the video game “Mario Bros 3.”
Their relationship was confirmed in November 2022, and at that time, they had been together for over a year and were deeply committed to one another, according to a source cited by People magazine. Another source disclosed to Us Weekly that this relationship represented the most serious commitment Evans had made in a very long time, if not ever, and that he was keen on taking his time before making any further commitments.
