31-8-2023 (MANILA) In a tragic incident that unfolded before dawn on Thursday, a devastating fire engulfed a house in the Philippine capital region, resulting in the loss of fifteen lives, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection of the Philippine government.
The fire, which broke out at approximately 5:30 a.m. local time, was successfully extinguished by firefighters nearly three hours later. Out of the eighteen individuals present in the house, three managed to survive the horrific incident.
