25-7-2023 (LONDON) Binance, the renowned cryptocurrency exchange, along with its CEO and founder, Changpeng Zhao, is preparing to take legal action to dismiss a complaint filed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The CFTC has accused the crypto exchange of violating the Commodity Exchange Act and specific federal regulations, as per a court filing on Monday.
